If you are splitting the beef between multiple people, please remember that you are responsible for the cut sheet on the WHOLEanimal and for picking it up and paying for it. We can split a whole beef between 2 parties that each want a custom cut half. Please have the other party call us and we will do their contract and cut sheet separately from yours. Whole beef pricing will apply to both of you.

Whole Lamb: $7/pound hanging weight
Approx. $400-600. $150 Deposit. Yields between 40-60 lbs. of finished cuts.

CHICKEN EGGS - $6/doz. 

DUCK EGGS - $4/half dozen

Turkey: $4.5/pound
Approx $70 - 90. We aim for an average bird between 15 to 18 pounds. Turkeys are available starting the first weekend in November.

SAMPLER BOXES

Pekin Duck: $7/pound
Approx $35 - $50. We aim for an average bird between 5 to 7 pounds. Our ducks are raised in small batches. Please give  us a call to reserve your duck so we can make sure we have enough.

Whole Hog: $5.00/pound hanging weight.
Approx. $1100-$1250. $300 Deposit. Yields between 140-160 lbs. of finished cuts.

Half Hog:$5.50/pound hanging weight
Approx. $575-$700. $150 Deposit. Yields between 70-90 lbs. of finished cuts.

PASTURE RAISED CHICKEN

Whole Chicken: $4.25/pound

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the closure of the USDA facility that processed our chicken, we are no longer allowed per Colorado Law to sell cut up chicken. We are only allowed to sell whole chicken. We will update our site when the situation changes.

Whole Beef: $7/pound yield weight
$750 deposit. Average is between $2500 to $3000. Yields between 350 - 450 lbs. of finished cuts.

Half Beef: $7.50/pound yield weight

$500 Deposit. Average is between $1,300 to $1500. Yields between 175-200 lbs. of finished cuts

Quarter Beef: $8.50/pound yield weight

$250 Deposit. Average is between $700 to $900. Yields 80-100 lbs. of finished cuts.

3. We host order pickup every Thursday from 3pm until 6:00pm on the farm. And, from May 23- October 1,  We are available for Saturday order pick up at the Backyard Market located in the lot by the Black Forest Community Center off Black Forest Road. The Market is open from 9-1pm. When you order, be sure to tell us which location you would like to pick up from.
