If you are splitting the beef between multiple people, please remember that you are responsible for the cut sheet on the WHOLEanimal and for picking it up and paying for it. We can split a whole beef between 2 parties that each want a custom cut half. Please have the other party call us and we will do their contract and cut sheet separately from yours. Whole beef pricing will apply to both of you.

1/8 Cow - Beef Bundle: $500


1/4 Hog - Pork Bundle: $360

A quarter of a hog, this bundle includes 18 pounds of sausage (your choice of sausage), 1 roast, 6 packages of chops (12 total), 6 pounds of bacon, and 1 rack of spare ribs.

100 SERIES:
The perfect introduction to our farm! Each box gives you a good sampling of what we offer.

  • Beef Series: 5 pounds of ground, 1 roast, and your choice of rib steaks OR T-Bones (2 steaks) - $100
  • Pork Series: 4 pounds of sausage, 1 roast, and 4 packages of chops (8 total) - $100
  • Lamb Series: 2 pounds ground, 1 package of steaks, and 2 packages of chops (8 total) - $100
  • Bison Series: 4 pounds ground, 1 package of filets, and 1 package of KC Strip steaks. - $100

Adventure Box: $400
For the adventurous cook! This is a 40 pound sampler box that includes at least 2 of the following meats: beef, pork, lamb, and bison.

Whole Beef: $8/pound yield weight
$850 deposit. Average is between $2800 to $3500. Yields between 350 - 450 lbs. of finished cuts.

Half Beef: $8.50/pound yield weight
$500 Deposit. Average is between $1,500 to $1800. Yields between 175-200 lbs. of finished cuts

Quarter Beef: $9/pound yield weight

$250 Deposit. Average is between $700 to $900. Yields 80-100 lbs. of finished cuts.

BY THE CUT:

Turkey: $5/pound
Approx $70 - 90. We aim for an average bird between 15 to 18 pounds. Turkeys are available starting the first weekend in November. 

Whole Lamb: $9/pound hanging weight
Approx. $500-800. $150 Deposit. Yields between 50-70 lbs. of finished cuts.

Pekin Duck: $9/pound
We aim for an average bird between 5 to 7 pounds. Our ducks are raised in small batches. Please give  us a call to reserve your duck so we can make sure we have enough.

3. We host order pickup every Thursday from 3pm until 6:00pm on the farm. And, from May 23- October 1,  We are available for Saturday order pick up at the Backyard Market located in the lot by the Black Forest Community Center off Black Forest Road. The Market is open from 9-1pm. When you order, be sure to tell us which location you would like to pick up from.
